Cancellation

Policy

We value your time and commitment to learning French! To ensure fairness and scheduling flexibility for all, please note the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellations: Classes canceled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a full charge.

  2. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for late cancellations or missed classes. Refunds are offered in case of teacher's unavailibility.

  3. Rescheduling: Classes can be rescheduled without penalty if at least 24 hours' notice is given.
